In the Open at Last: Establishment Marks out Its Anti-White Discrimination Policies
The anti-white and anti-British establishment has abandoned any pretence at fairness and at last broken its cover with the advertising of local government jobs for which white people are forbidden from applying.
The Liberal Democratic-controlled Bristol City Council has advertised two full-time positions at £18,000 per year for management trainee opportunities — “open to Black and minority ethnic graduates.”
According to the advertisement, successful candidates “will be offered a postgraduate diploma in Management Studies, a tax free training allowance and mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.“
The council claims that these “traineeships are advertised in accordance with section 37 of the Race Relations Act 1976.”
The blatant anti-white discrimination is actually legal, and is part of that act which was passed by all three Westminster parties.
The Race Relations Act allows councils whose workforce does not represent the racial population make-up of their borough to actively recruit “ethnics.”
Bristol council has 9,000 members of staff of which 630, or 7 percent, are “ethnic.”
According to the most recently available figures, Bristol now has a 12 percent “ethnic” population and as such the council is legally entitled to advertise jobs which discriminate against white people.
According to a newspaper, one jobseeker described the posts as “totally racist. I am a tolerant white person who has lived in Bristol for 27 years.
“I am searching for a job and stumbled across a job advertisement on Bristol City Council's website that I see as totally racist.
“I feel the job would be an excellent opportunity for me to make use of the skills and qualifications that I have acquired but, being white, I am excluded,” the person was quoted as saying.
The jobseeker’s comments contain the core of the problem, namely that in their attitude of “tolerance,” white British people are being actively colonised, dispossessed and discriminated against in their own homeland.
No one in their right mind would expect the Pakistani government to employ white British people in its civil service before its own nationals.
No one in their right mind would expect the Nigerian government to employ white British people in its civil service before its own nationals.
No one in their right mind would expect the Chinese government to employ white British people in its civil service before its own nationals.
No one in their right mind would expect the Saudi Arabian government to employ white British people in its civil service before its own nationals.
No one in their right mind would expect the Japanese government to employ white British people in its civil service before its own nationals.
No one in their right mind would expect the Somali government to employ white British people in its civil service before its own nationals.
No one in their right mind would expect the Turkish government to employ white British people in its civil service before its own nationals.
Yet for some reason, it is perfectly acceptable for the British government to actively discriminate against its own people when offering employment in its civil service.
The British National Party alone stands opposed to the blatant anti-white and anti-British policy of all three Westminster parties.

Record number of Bangladeshis get UK citizenship
Record number of Bangladeshis have got British citizenship in 2009, while the highest number of immigrants were also granted the citizenship, the UK government statistics say.
According to the UK Home Office, 12,040 Bangladeshi were awarded citizenship in 2009, which was 231 percent more than in 2008.
Britain started publishing citizenship statistics from 1962.
More than 200,000 residents and immigrants attained British citizenship through applications in 2009--a new record.
Of those immigrants, 50 percent got citizenship for living in Britain for a long period, 25 percent through their spouses and 25 percent by birth.
Any resident, who lives as an immigrant in Britain for at least five years, is eligible to apply for citizenship by following certain conditions.
The immigrants from the sub-continent top the list of those who got citizenship last year. Among those, 25,035 are Indians and 20,945 Pakistanis.
According to the 2001 census, around 600,000 Bangladeshis are currently living in Britain. Their actual number, however, will be known after the 2011 census.
The Home Office statistics say higher birth rates among residents of Bangladesh origin could be the reason behind the surge in citizenship for them.

203,000 "Paper British" Created Last Year
New figures from the Home Office have revealed that a record number of “new British” citizens were created last year, increasing by 50 percent over the previous year to an astounding 203,000 cases.
The Home Office data shows that more than half of these new “Britons” originated from the Indian sub-continent and Africa.
Bangladeshis, Indians, Pakistanis and Filipinos constituted the largest ethnic groups.
No doubt these are the "skilled" workers that Labour insists that Britain so badly needs at this time of rising mass unemployment.
Interestingly, although around 50 percent were awarded British citizenship on the basis of their length of residence in this country, a staggering 25 percent obtained their citizenship through marriage with a “British” citizen.
It is widely recognised that a significant proportion of such “marriages” are bogus, being part of a growing industry to facilitate the acquisition of much-prized British citizenship and the benefits that accrue to such.
Last year's number of applications for a British passport was the third largest since figures were first compiled in 1987.
The latest figures also illustrate the hollowness of Labour's recent “assurances” as to the scale of immigration.
Last year, some 503,000 people immigrated legally into Britain. At the same time, some 134,000 citizens left the country. This translates into a total net reduction of 13,000.
As for Labour's promises to increase the deportations of failed “asylum seekers”, they have, once again, failed miserably. The UK Border and Immigration Agency have only managed to remove some 15,000 so far this year, down five percent on the figure for the same period last year.
With both the Tories and Lib Dems determined to curry electoral favour with the huge number of migrants in Britain, it can only be a matter of time before the coalition Government formulates an amnesty of some sort.
This will pave the way for the creation of hundreds of thousands — and possibly millions — of new “paper British” citizens.
The British National Party has already placed on record its intention to review all grants of British citizenship awarded since 1997.

Bushra Ferozdin Butt: A Case Study in How the LabConDem “Immigration” System Allows the World’s Scoundrels to Parasite off the British Taxpayer
The shocking case of Pakistani national Bushra Ferozdin Butt, wanted in her home country on murder charges but living in Britain on £1,300 per month benefits, is the perfect example of everything that is wrong with the LabConDem immigration system.
Ms Butt is wanted in Pakistan for murder after allegedly killing her husband by burning him to death. She was arrested and spent ten months in jail awaiting trial. When she was released on bail, she fled to Britain, where she had previously resided for nine years.
That period of residence in Britain ensured that she has permanent leave to remain in our country, and consequently she draws benefits equivalent to a British person earning £22,000 per year.
According to news reports, Ms Butt draws £330.70 a week in council tax and housing benefit. She arrived in Britain in September 2009, which means that she has already earned £11,243.80 courtesy of the British taxpayer.
Interviewed by a daily newspaper in her flat in Luton, Ms Butt declared that she was not working because she has depression.
“I go to the bank every two weeks and get my benefits. It is all very good. I like this country very much. It is better here than Pakistan. I get [sic] benefit for housing and my illness.”
How is it possible that a person born in Pakistan, wanted for murder in that country, can live in Britain drawing benefits which total more than what many ordinary working British people earn in a year?
Ms Butt is in fact not doing anything illegal. She is merely following the guidelines laid down by successive governments with regard to immigration law in Britain.
Anyone, from anywhere, who has “indefinite leave to remain” in Britain, even if they are not citizens or have never paid into the social welfare system, qualify for benefits.
This state of affairs, more than anything else, shows precisely how badly the British people have been betrayed by Tory and Labour regimes.
There is not another nation on earth which would allow itself to be so brutally abused in this manner, and certainly not Pakistan.
Only the British National Party would address this ongoing problem, and it is to that end that the party is redoubling its outreach efforts to the public.

(Fairness And Justice )Roy West Dukinfield British National Party (Say No To Gutter Politics)
My local Labour Councillor has people going to him making allegations against me with-out evidence, then my Labour Councillor sends me these letters. He does not believe in Justice and fair play.
May I start by saying thanks to those loyal voters that stayed with me and the BNP. It was yet another struggle in the cause of freedom and representation. The bulk of the loyal BNP vote stayed with me, and I have to be pleased with that. It's a case of looking at the result with hope and that the fight can continue. After all, it's your fight as well. A fight for political representation in the community. Corruption takes away your right for political representation and a true voice on council. But there is always next year !
True Extent of Imported Third World Vote Fraud in UK Election Emerges
The full extent of the massive electoral fraud perpetrated by Third World colonisers in Britain during last week’s election has started to emerge as police forces across the country launch formal investigations into nearly 80 serious incidents, almost all involving Pakistani Muslims.
In London, Scotland Yard has announced investigations into 28 cases of "election irregularities" in a dozen London boroughs, including Barking and Dagenham.
According to a London newspaper, fears are being privately expressed that there has been “massive postal vote rigging.”
The extent of the fraud may well be staggering: out of a total electorate of 46 million, some 7 million voters registered for postal ballots — more than the total number of votes polled by the Liberal Democrats.
All of the incidents being investigated have occurred in Muslim Pakistani highly colonised areas, including Lambeth, Westminster, Enfield, Hounslow, Haringey, Brent, Bexleyheath, Camden, Redbridge and Barking and Dagenham.
Scotland Yard’s Specialist Operations department has launched formal investigations into four claims of electoral fraud in Ealing and Tower Hamlets, where officials removed 141 suspect ballots from the register.
Election officials in Tower Hamlets received 5,166 new registrations just before the April 20 cutoff date, reports revealed. The sheer quantity meant that there was no time to check their validity.
A report in the Daily Mail newspaper revealed that “a property in Rainhill Way, Bethnal Green, where Labour Party council election candidate Khales Uddin Ahmed lives with his family, seven adults have suddenly joined the electoral roll.”
The Daily Mail continued: “A few streets away, where Labour councillor Shiria Khatun is seeking re-election, her household has been boosted by three new voter registrations at her small flat within the past few weeks,” adding that when reporters asked for an explanation “Her husband angrily slammed the door.”
The newspaper also revealed one incident where a visitor from Bangladesh had submitted a postal vote — even though he was only due to arrive in Britain the following week.
Elsewhere in Britain, police have launched a further 50 criminal investigations after it became apparent that voters’ rolls were being flooded with bogus registrations.
In Yorkshire, five police investigations are under way in Bradford and Calderdale, where two arrests have been already been made.
The importation of Third World populations has meant the simultaneous importation of Third World culture, as reflected in the ever increasing incidents of electoral fraud.
This tragic destruction of Britain’s First World culture underlines the importance of the British National Party’s message and goal, which is the preservation of the indigenous British people as the dominant population of this island.
* In an email to supporters sent out last week, BNP leader Nick Griffin MEP remarked how shocked party workers had been in Barking at the massive non-indigenous turnout at the polls.
In many areas, there had not been a single white person to be seen for hours on end.
The massive ethnic gerrymandering most certainly contributed to the final result, he added.
Cameron Appoints Harriet Harman Mark II as Equalities Minister
David Cameron has continued his headlong flight back into his leftist roots with the appointment of Equality Minister Lynne Featherstone — who immediately accused the Government of being too white.
The shocking attack — which would be unthinkable in any Third World country (imagine a politician in Japan accusing his government of being “too Japanese”) — was ignored by Mr Cameron.
Ms Featherstone, a Liberal Democrat, replaces Labour’s Harriet Harman in the Orwellian-named “Equality Ministry” which is designed to suppress any signs of indigenous British opposition to the colonisation of or country by the Third World.
Ms Featherstone also criticised the relative scarcity of women in the new cabinet, and condemned as “male and pale” the two teams which negotiated the coalition agreement.
In a newspaper interview, the far leftist Ms Featherstone said after she had been offered the job by Mr Cameron, she had told him, “We must do better.”
She then went on to launch an attack on men generally, bizarrely claiming that a woman’s perspective “absolutely matters” because “men concentrate on “big macho projects like who's got the biggest airport or the longest train.”
Any male politician making similar remarks about women would instantly be dragged over the coals for sexism.
However, in the topsy-turvy Lib/Lab/Con world, it is perfectly acceptable to say whatever one likes about white males without fear of repercussion.
Ms Featherstone is a millionairess whose family own the Ryness chain of electrical stores.
This did not stop her from claiming £22,000 worth of stationery from the public purse in March 2007 in an attempt to beat new rules on stationery allowances for MPs.
Her attempt to swindle the public was foiled and she was forced hand all the stationery back, with parliamentary official Cliff Harris being quoted as saying that "it's quite alarming when you see that Lynne Featherstone spent over £22,000 in one month, the equivalent to three years of the new capped rate.”
Ms Featherstone also once told women to enter local politics because they could “use their town hall allowances to pay for cleaners and babysitters.”
A huge thank you from Roy West
May I start by saying thanks to those loyal voters that stayed with me and the BNP. It was yet another struggle in the cause of freedom and representation. The bulk of the loyal BNP vote stayed with me, and I have to be pleased with that. It's a case of looking at the result with hope and that the fight can continue. After all, it's your fight as well. A fight for political representation in the community. Corruption takes away your right for political representation and a true voice on council. But there is always next year for a BNP candidate in Dukinfield to take on that challenge once again for you the people. I have always said that politics is a hard struggle and demands self-sacrifice. We look to the future with great concern for our nation and children. We hold up the standard to be our own, thats the way it should always be in this life. But politics is life, and we owe it to our children to make that self-sacrifice. Our nation has lost that spirit of old, a nation with-out worth of some kind is a dead nation indeed. We can only look to you the people, to take up that cause and forge ahead with a new challenge for our broken people. Father is the struggle of all things, be it political struggle or struggle through poverty and lack of spirit. I love England very much and I see what they have done to this once great nation. But you can stand up with me and become a force they cannot stop. Join us today and be a modern day Richard the Lion Heart.

My 'infamous' neighbour dispute - hear my side of the story
For anyone unconvinced of the political nature of my prosecution and subsequent persecution let us quickly examine a story which appeared in today’s (30th April 2010) edition of The Burton Mail (click here to read in full). The article focuses on the case of a British Muslim who was charged with desecrating a war memorial to our glorious dead by spraying the memorial with slogans glorifying Islamic extremism and praising Osama Bin Laden as well as calling for the assassination of the British Prime Minister.
The Crown Prosecution Service who decided that my over the garden fence argument with my white German neighbour was racially motivated, but unbelievably if not surprisingly in the increasingly Orwellian Britain we now live, the CPS decided the war memorial desecrator, Tohseef Shah was not to be charged with a racially or religiously motivated offence despite being caught red handed on CCTV spraying “Islam will dominate the world” and “Osama is on the way”. No need to say what the CPS would have decided if the tables were turned and an indigenous native of our land was charged with desecrating a Muslim memorial.
Please make a stand against Labour intolerance of our views on matters which they find un-PC and do remember what PM Gordon Brown called the lady in Rochdale who dared raise her concerns about immigration and there is no better way than hitting them where it hurts than hitting them in the ballots by voting Roy West BNP on the May 6th.

A plague on our doorsteps
Have you recently received a copy of the ‘newspaper’ pictured? Not that it can be realistically called a newspaper, in actual fact it is a hate sheet published and distributed by a group called Searchlight who use the seemingly harmless name of Hope not Hate. This group are known for political intimidation and inciting violence. The leader of this shadowy group is a person who uses the name Gerry Gable, he is a convicted burglar and former Communist Party parliamentary candidate.
Searchlight/Hope not Hate do not contest elections but they do work by proxy for The Labour Party and in association with the Labour supporting Mirror newspaper. Here in Dukinfield they cooperate with and work on behalf of the local councillors. The aim of this Labour/Searchlight alliance is to ensure the people of Dukinfield are frightened away from voting for the British National Party. They disseminate deliberate lies and half truths with the sole intention of demonising myself and the BNP which if successful leaves the door wide open for the Labour gravy train riders to maintain their positions of influence.
Labour/Searchlight/Hope not Hate use many tactics to persuade you that the BNP is a nasty violent party riddled with criminals. They call us ’racist’ and ’haters’ with no basis of truth in their allegations. We are law biding people who are standing up to the institutionalised corruption which is rampant in the ruling parties. For the last forty years they have imposed their ideas upon us. They never asked us if we wished to import four million immigrants or participate in illegal wars of aggression based on lies - they forced it onto us by conning us to vote for them on issues such as the NHS, the economy and education. Because we are a real alternative we are dangerous to them because we expose their lies and corruption and they know it - hence the reason for their constant attacks and smears.
If you read the paper and thought the BNP does have the odd bad egg within its ranks. Please go to this blog and read about the type of miscreants which infest the ‘mainstream’ parties.
Please do not fall for Labour lies and smears and use your vote on May 6th to vote Roy West. I pledge to you I will work tirelessly for the people of Dukinfield all year round. Unlike the other politicians in this area I really do have the communities well being as my top priority.
Best wishes
Roy West

Labour is now planning to hit us with a bin tax
Labour is planning to hit families with a pay-as-you-throw “bin tax” while cutting refuse collections to just one a month, Government documents reveal.
Millions of householders already suffer fortnightly collections as half the councils in England have cut their services.
They also face fines of up to £70 for leaving sacks beside bins, putting out refuse too early or in the wrong place, or leaving bin lids open a fraction.
Despite this, Labour is planning to hit homes with widespread bin charging and further cuts in collections.
Nick Clegg is backing the bin taxes and Lib Dem-controlled councils are introducing monthly collections.
This follows calls from the Government domestic waste quango Wrap that bins should be emptied “no more than fortnightly”.
Wrap also predicts a move to monthly collections “in the next three to five years”. Its head, Philip Ward, said this was “inevitable”.
Research for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs suggests introducing heavy fines for those who fail to cut their household waste. The policy would result in “pay-as-you-throw/variable charging,” the study concludes.
Tory spokeswoman Caroline Spelman said: “There is now overwhelming evidence that the Labour Party is planning to hit family homes with bin taxes and a new wave of bin cuts.”
A Defra report last week revealed that householders trying to avoid recycling by burning refuse had become the greatest source of cancer-causing dioxins.
Monthly bin collections will be piloted by the Lib Dem/SNP council in Gordon Brown’s Fife seat later this year. Express

Super-rich become wealthier again, Sunday Times says
Note there are not many Anglo Saxon/Celtic names on the list of the ‘super rich’. Thanks to treacherous politicians in general and Labour in particular we are living through and witnessing the biggest ‘fire sale’ in British history. Our country is literally being sold piece by piece to foreigners and our industry and utility companies are sold to the highest international bidder. It is no surprise to hear the wealth divide between rich and poor has never been so great. The founders of the Labour Movement would be turning in their graves if they had any idea how the shower of crooks who have long since hijacked the Labour Party have totally betrayed the British working class due to greed, corruption and outright treachery.
The UK's super-rich have seen a resurgence in their fortunes, the Sunday Times Rich List suggests.
London-based steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal topped the list for the sixth consecutive year with a £22.45bn pile.
Many, including Mr Mittal, were hit badly by the economic downturn, shrinking their wealth in 2009.
But the collective fortunes of the top 1,000 on the list have risen by 30% in the past year - the biggest jump in the list's 22-year history - to £333.5bn.
Last year the top 1,000 saw their fortunes decrease by about £155bn - to £258bn - and the number of billionaires fell from 75 to 43. This time, it has risen by 10 to 53.
Mr Mittal, who owns Arcelor Mittal, saw his fortune double from £10.8bn to £22.45bn as the global steel industry recovered from the economic decline.
Russian oligarch and Chelsea Football Club owner Roman Abramovich remains at second place with a £7.4bn fortune thanks to a 6% increase of £400m.
Third place again remains stable, with the Duke of Westminster's wealth increasing by £250m to £6.75bn. The British-born billionaire's money comes mainly from property.
Although retail giant Sir Philip Green and his wife Lady Christina Green saw their riches increase from £3.83bn to £4.10bn, they dropped in the rankings from sixth place to ninth.
But Indian-born Anil Agarwal was the highest climber. He moved 60 places up to 10th position thanks to the rising share prices of mining group Vedanta Resources.
His wealth jumped a staggering 583% from £600m to £4.1bn.
The highest placed new entry - number 12 - in the list is Chinese property tycoon Joseph Lau with a fortune worth £3.8bn. BBC

Nick Clegg's insane immigration policy
Controversial Lib Dem plans to allow illegal immigrants to stay and work in Britain were exposed as madness yesterday as unemployment hit a 16-year high.
Nick Clegg struggled to defend allowing asylum-seekers to join the workforce when he came under attack from a panel of first-time voters.
With official figures showing 2.5 million out of work, they warned it would be unfair to law-abiding residents.
The Lib Dem leader said an amnesty would create "a route to earned legalisation for up to 600,000 people who have been living in this country illegally."
But the new voters said the foreigners would be merely taking job opportunities from British people. One asked him: "How can you justify letting these people stay after they have effectively cheated the system for 10 years?” Conservatives said Mr Clegg’s bad reception underlined how bad a policy it was.
“The last thing Britain needs to deal with our immigration challenges is a Lib Dem amnesty for illegal immigrants,” said Shadow Home Secretary Chris Grayling.
“If Nick Clegg lets illegal immigrants get away with staying here it’ll send a message around the world and more and more people will try to come to this country.”
Mr Clegg’s grilling came as statistics showed how the competition for jobs in recession-hit Britain has got even tougher – dealing a blow to Labour’s claims to be the best party to run the economy.
Unemployment rose 43,000 in the three months to February to its highest level since 1994, the Office for National Statistics revealed.
Economic inactivity – which includes those who have given up looking for work, the early retired, long-term sick, students and carers – soared 110,000 in the latest quarter to 8.16million, more than one in five of the working age population and the worst since records began in 1971.
Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary Theresa May said: “Nothing could give clearer evidence that Labour’s policies are not working.”
David Kern, the British Chambers of Commerce economist said the data supported his forecast that unemployment would hit 2.65million this year.
As the grim figures emerged, Mr Clegg was struggling to persuade first-time voters on BBC Radio 1’s Newsbeat to back his policy of an amnesty for illegal immigrants who can prove they have been in Britain for 10 years or more, speak English, have no criminal record and want to pay taxes.
Student Marie Jackson, 19, urged him to justify the measures, saying: “I can’t see how it’s fair.” Mr Clegg insisted his policy was not to let people stay “no questions asked”. Labour and Tory Governments had caused “complete chaos” in the immigration system, leading to large numbers – estimated at 900,000 – coming in illegally, he said.
He stressed the people to whom his policy would apply were “here already”. His interrogators were unimpressed. Ms Jackson complained that those people would then also get access to benefits.
Adam Hatton, 18, challenged him to explain how the illegal immigrants would prove they had been in Britain for 10 years – because they would not have the right paperwork, such as bank accounts and bills.
When Mr Clegg, sounding exasperated, suggested he could not pretend it was not a problem, Mr Hatton shot back: “I’m not pretending at all”.
The Lib Dem leader struggled to put a number on how many illegal immigrants would qualify for the amnesty. He argued it would affect only a “very, very small” number of people but admitted that “of course” he did not know. Daily Express
UK Owes a Record £153bn
Gordon Brown’s economic credibility lay in tatters last night after Britain’s borrowing surged to an all-time high of £152.8billion.
The UK slumped another £23.5billion into the red in March, driving the country’s public-sector net debt to a record 62 per cent of gross domestic product.
The massive black hole in public finances now stands at a record £107.6billion for the financial year – more than double last year’s £49.7billion – after the deficit widened another £14.8billion last month.
Tragic suicide of talented girl aged 21 who could not get a job. But we are told we need immigrants to fill job vacancies
A young woman with a string of A-levels and GCSEs killed herself after unsuccessfully applying for more than 200 jobs, her heartbroken parents revealed last night.
Vicky Harrison, 21, had spent two years seeking work and felt that she had no future.
Before taking a huge overdose of pills she left notes for her family saying: “I don’t want to be me any more. Please don’t be sad. It is not your fault.”
The death of the “gorgeous girl with a stunning smile” who left school with three A-levels and 10 GCSEs came the day after she received yet another rejection letter.
It also followed figures showing that 2.5million people are unemployed – 929,000 of them in the 16 to 24 age bracket. Daily Express
Danger on the streets
Labour's failure to crack down on crime is exposed today by figures which show violence soaring on Britain’s streets.
One victim is assaulted every 30 seconds, with the number of violent offences rocketing by four per cent in the last year.
Attacks where someone was left injured rose to 1.12 million in 2009.
Gordon Brown has led claims that violence has been reduced since his party took power 13 years ago, while the Tories say it has risen.
But despite the damning figures Labour welcomed the Home Office statistics which showed crime overall fell by seven per cent and is lower than when they took power.
Burglary, robbery, drug offences and fraud were all down but there was an increase in sex offences.
Chris Grayling, the shadow Home Secretary, said: “Any improvement is obviously welcome, but we still live in a more dangerous country than when Labour came to power.”
Home Secretary Alan Johnson, said: “If we are going to have an honest debate on crime we need Chris Grayling to finally accept what repeated surveys confirm: that crime has fallen and is still falling.”
The clash between the parties comes because the Government uses two separate measuring systems – offences recorded by the police and the British Crime Survey, which interviews 46,000 people.
The measures give different trends, but Labour has long argued the BCS is a more accurate picture and that shows overall violence has fallen since 1997. Daily Express

The Madness of Tory/Labour Privatisation: German State about to Buy Arriva Trains and Busses in Britain
German state-owned Deutsche Bahn is about to buy the Arriva train and bus network in Britain, proving the Tory/Labour privatisation policy to be a shocking hoax which has seen Britain’s infrastructure pass into foreign ownership.
Deutsche Bahn is set to buy Arriva for about £1.6 billion within the next two weeks, according to news reports.
Arriva runs 20 percent of London’s buses and the Cross-Country and Wales rail franchises. According to reports, Deutsche Bahn has been in detailed talks with Arriva since making an approach last month.
Deutsche Bahn has the backing of the German government in its takeover bid which gave it an advantage over the French state-controlled SNCF railway network, which was also attempting to buy Arriva.
The French government refused to back the SNCF bid, as now the path is open for the German state to buy up yet more of Britain’s infrastructure.
Deutsche Bahn was created in 1994 through a merger of the rail arms of west and east Germany. It is one of the largest transport groups in the world, and the biggest railway operator and infrastructure owner in Europe.
The move gives lie to the underlying rationale for privatisation in the first place, namely that the British state could not run a transport network efficiently.
It seems, under the Tory privatisation plan (which was endorsed and carried through by Labour) that it is “wrong” for the British state to own our railway network, but it is perfectly acceptable for the German state to own it.
The topic was recently raised by the British National Party’s candidate in the Hastings and Rye constituency, Nick Prince.
Mr Prince has made the reopening of branch lines, closed during the privatisation rush, an election issue in his campaign.
“The BNP would re-nationalise the railways,” Mr Prince told a local newspaper. “All profits will be re-invested and the days of putting passengers’ safety at risk due to shareholders’ returns would be a thing of the past.
“Congestion would be eased by a cheap, light tram system, costing just £1 million per mile to install. More regular trains will stop at the marsh stations to serve those communities that have been all but cut off and there would be no further cuts to services on the main London lines,” Mr Prince said, expertly summing up the BNP’s position on the privatisation of the railway system.
* British Rail was privatised by the John Major Tory government, starting in 1994.
Ownership of the track and infrastructure passed to Railtrack, whilst passenger operations were franchised to individual private sector operators (originally there were 25 franchises) and the freight services sold outright (six companies were set up, but five of these were sold to the same buyer).
The public image of rail travel was severely damaged following the series of significant accidents after privatisation. These included the Hatfield accident, caused by a rail fragmenting due to the development of microscopic cracks.
Following the Hatfield accident, the rail infrastructure company Railtrack imposed over 1200 emergency speed restrictions across its network and instigated an extremely costly nationwide track replacement programme.
The consequent severe operational disruption to the national network and the company’s spiralling costs set in motion the series of events which resulted in the ultimate collapse of the company, and its replacement with Network Rail, a state-owned, not-for-dividend company.
In other words, the simple cost of maintaining an infrastructure of that size is too burdensome for a private company whose first obligation is to pay shareholders a profit.
This simple and obvious rationale underpins the BNP’s transport policy, which is underlined by the fact that the British state has the right to prevent our nation’s infrastructure falling into foreign ownership.
The Lies of Gordon Brown
Gordon Brown told the voting public a string of barefaced lies on immigration, border controls, the armed forces budget and the police force, an analysis of his claims during last week’s TV debate has shown.
Lie Number 1: Mr Brown claimed that net inward migration had fallen for the past three years in a row.
The truth is that the most recently available figures only date from 2008, two years ago already. Mr Brown could therefore not have been quoting figures for 2009.
In 2008, net migration was 163,000, a fall on the 2007 figure of 233,000. However, between 2006 and 2007, net migration rose by 42,000.
In reality, there has only been one consecutive year in which net migration has fallen.
Mr Brown simply lied when he said it had fallen three years in a row, and to make matters worse, has already been publicly rebuked by the UK Statistics Authority for making a similar lie in a podcast earlier this month.
Mr Brown also ignored the impact of illegal immigration and the bogus asylum racket, which would have accounted for tens of thousands more migrants.
Most importantly of all, Mr Brown — and all the other parties calculate this “net migration” figure by deducting the numbers of those leaving Britain from those coming in.
Official statistics show that up to half a million British people flee Britain every year to escape the multicultural nightmare into which decades of Tory/Labour rule has plunged this country.
If net migration was “only” 163,000 in 2008, this means that total non-ethnic British migration into Britain was in excess of 600,000 for that year alone.
Lie Number 2: Mr Brown also claimed that net inward migration was falling as a result of the action which his government had taken.
The reality is that net immigration fell by 70,000 between 2007 and 2008 — but of that figure, 67,000 or 95 percent, was caused by a fall in net migration from the new Eastern European members of the EU.
That had nothing to do with government policy as East Europeans have free movement within the borders of the EU.
Lie Number 3: Mr Brown said that “Border controls have been brought in and we are counting people out and in from the end of this year. It was a policy that the Conservatives scrapped before 1997.”
The truth is that the Tories stopped counting EU nationals journeying in and out of Britain in 1994 when they surrendered border control policy to the EU.
It was the Labour Party’s Jack Straw who scrapped all embarkation controls for non-EU nationals in 1998 and it has been a free-for-all ever since then.
Lie Number 4: Mr Brown said that as a result of his party’s policy, “Police have to spend 80 percent of their time now on the streets.”
The truth is that this claim, used before by Government spokesmen, has been conclusively disproven over and over again.
A complaint to the Advertising Standards Agency resulted in an official rebuke for this claim when it was shown that paperwork now made up the majority of police officials’ time and only 14 percent of all police officers’ time is spent on patrol.
Lie Number 5: Mr Brown claimed that spending on equipment for British troops had increased “dramatically over these last few years.”
The truth is that figures from the Ministry of Defence show that the defence budget has fallen year-on-year in real terms on four occasions since 1997.

Tweedledee Tweedledum Debate Ignores All Important Issues
The recent Tweedledee Tweedledum TV debate between the leaders of the three old-gang parties ignored every single issue vital to Britain’s future, including the EU, multiculturalism and the erosion of British identity through mass immigration, said British National Party leader Nick Griffin.
Reacting to the debate, which drew only slightly more TV viewers than the BNP’s appearance on Question Time, Mr Griffin said all three participants went out of their way to avoid discussing any of the real issues.
“Although the very first question was on immigration, all the public was given was more meaningless platitudes about points-based systems and yet more immigration,” Mr Griffin said.
“No one discussed the figures, which show that given current immigration levels and birth rates, British people are destined to become a minority in Britain within the next 50 years, and most likely within 30,” he said.
“Furthermore, although they talked about non-EU immigration, the reality is that if you are a British builder looking for a job, the real problem is EU immigration.
“The Tweedledee, Tweedledum and Tweedledummer leaders simply ignored the burning issue of EU immigration completely. I can quite imagine what vast swathes of the population think about that,” Mr Griffin said.
“Actually, there was no serious discussion about the EU at all, which is not surprising since all three of them have exactly the same policy on the topic.
“For example, the question of who decides on British immigration and economic policy was not discussed, despite the new EU constitution usurping much of our Parliament’s jurisdiction in those matters. It was farcical to see Brown, Cameron and Clegg ignore the elephant in the room.”
Mr Griffin also pointed out that Mr Clegg, widely touted as the “winner” of the debate, in fact had presented no policies at all.
“All he did was say what his party would not do, given the budget squeeze,” Mr Griffin said.
“It is an indication of the political shallowness of all three of those parties that someone can be adjudicated as the winner simply for saying what he will not do.”
* Mr Griffin also questioned the impartiality of debate hosts ITV.
“It was noticed that one of the questioners was the same person who took part in the Question Time show upon which I featured,” he said.
The rules for the TV debate included a stipulation that the audience was supposed to come from within a 30-mile radius of the host city. In last night’s case, this was Manchester.
However, a 17-year old, Joel Weiner, who attends the Jewish Free School in Brent, North London, appeared on last night’s show — as he did during Mr Griffin’s appearance in the BBC’s West London studios.
“At the time, Mr Wiener told the media that the BBC had approached him to take part in Question Time, not the other way round.
“Now suddenly he pops up again in Manchester, 200 miles away. It is clear that the TV station owners manage audiences to suit their political agendas,” Mr Griffin said.

We are Drowning in Tory/Labour Debt, but British Taxpayers will Fund Greece with £650 Million Per Year
Although Britain is drowning in a sea of debt created by decades of Tory and Labour mismanagement, British taxpayers will now be forced to pay an additional £650 million per year to bail out the Greek economy.
The £650 million annual fee will be Britain’s pro-rata share of the International Monetary Fund’s bailout of Greece, a nation which has a deficit almost identical to that of new Labour’s Britain.
The IMF bailout is a sneaky way of forcing British taxpayers to come to Greece’s aid even though the UK is not part of the eurozone which is threatened by the Greek disaster.
The 16 eurozone members announced yesterday that they would be “lending” the Greeks some €30 billion euros this year — to begin with.
The IMF bailout is in addition to the eurozone handout. British taxpayers make up five percent of the IMF’s annual budget and as a result will be responsible for five percent of the £13 billion given to Greece.
News reports quoted Mats Persson, research director of think tank Open Europe as saying that this “move will take Europe into uncharted territory and no doubt cause outrage amongst British taxpayers.
“Britain didn’t want to be in the eurozone for this very reason as it is now paying for the economic mistakes of another government. This should be a eurozone problem,” he said.
If Greece reneges on its £260 billion debt, the after effects could bring the entire euro system to a fall.
The “loans” to Greece are not a one-off and are set to continue as long as is necessary.
The insanity of the arrangement is however only fully revealed when the mismanagement of the Greek economy is compared to the Labour Party’s equally disastrous record in Britain.
Britain’s total national debt, built up over many years under both Labour and Tory rule, has risen from below 40 percent of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to 60 percent, while Greece’s net debt is now close to 100 percent of GDP.
The worrying aspect for economists is the speed at which Britain is building up extra debt, reports said.
In January this year, official figures showed that the Government borrowed £4.3 billion to keep the state operating.
In 1997 when Labour took power, the Tory-inflicted national debt stood at £352 billion. In 2010, the figure had climbed to £777 billion and in the most recent budget, Alistair Darling admitted that it was set to hit £1.4 trillion by 2014/15 — or £23,114 per head.
In February this year, economists warned that Britain’s public finances would end the year in a “worse state than those of Greece.”
Jonathan Loynes, of Capital Economics, was quoted as saying that “With the budget deficit heading towards 13 percent of GDP this year, and perhaps exceeding that of Greece, it is clear that a more credible plan to restore the public finances to health will be required shortly after the general election to keep the markets and rating agencies at bay.”
British tax money should be used to rescue Britain first, not bail out other nations.
Only the British National Party will bring an end to this nonsense whereby our people and our nation’s interests are always put last.

Vote Tory, Labour or Lib Dem — And Lose Your Job, Those Parties Boast
It is official: a Labour, Tory or Lib Dem government will result in job losses, according to leading figures in those parties.
The frank admission that job losses are “inevitable” came during the course of the week when the topic of budget cutbacks came up.
Labour’s Treasury Minister Stephen Timms said on record that his party’s plan to make £15 billion in “efficiency savings” would lead to job losses.
Mr Timms told the BBC’s Daily Politics show that “There will be some job losses, without a doubt.”
Top Conservative adviser, Sir Peter Gershon, was then quoted in the Financial Times describing how he had drawn up a plan for the Tories which would cut £12 billion from the public sector.
This would, the Financial Times said, mean that anywhere between 20,000 and 40,000 jobs would be cut.
Conservative party leader David Cameron confirmed the plan on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, saying the savings were “do-able” and “deliverable.”
Lib Dem Foreign Affairs Spokesman Ed Davey told the BBC that Britain had a “financial millstone” around its neck and needed to reduce debt levels.
“Over the lifetime of the next Parliament….of course there are going to be some job losses,” he said.
The Westminster criminal parties are lying when they claim that “only” public sector jobs will be affected. Thousands of private sector companies depend on Government contracts for their survival, and any reduction in the central Government’s infrastructure has an inevitable knock-on effect across the private sector.
The core of the problem is the public sector net debt, which according to the Office for National Statistics, expressed as a percentage of gross domestic product (GDP), was 60.3 percent at the end of February 2010 compared with 50.5 percent at the end of February 2009. Net debt was £857.5 billion at the end of February compared with £712.4 billion a year earlier.
The British National Party’s solution to this crisis is not to make more British people unemployed, but to cut expenditure in all sectors which are not in this nation’s interests.
For example, the BNP would cut the annual £9 billion foreign aid budget. The Tory and Labour parties have committed to increasing that budget to £13 billion per year, despite the mounting public debt.
The BNP would also end the war in Afghanistan, which now costs the British taxpayers some £5 billion per year. This is in addition to the estimated £49 billion spent fighting the illegal and immoral war in Iraq.
The BNP would also end the annual £60.1 billion paid over to the European Union as Britain’s “membership fees” for belonging to that organisation.
The BNP would also end the asylum racket which costs the British taxpayer around £4 billion per year for housing, benefits and other expenses.
The BNP would also end the immigration swindle, which by MigrationwatchUK estimates, costs the British taxpayers around £13 billion per year.
The BNP would also look to recoup the hundreds of billions paid out to the private bankers who invested all their resources into the failed Third World immigrant subprime housing market in America.
Once all of these financial haemorrhages have been halted, a BNP government would start with a programme to educate and provide skills to our own people so that the eight million economically inactive population could once again enter the employment market.

Immigration: What Labour, Conservative or UKIP will not tell you
Politicians of all parties with exception of the British National Party have lamentably failed to tell the truth about how immigration has changed this country beyond recognition during Labour's 13 years in power. Here JAMES SLACK explains what is really happening...
NET MIGRATION
Net inward migration to the UK, the difference between the number of people arriving and leaving, is up threefold since Labour came to power. In 1997, it stood at 48,000. By 2004, fuelled by a surge in new arrivals from Eastern Europe, it reached an all-time record 244,000, and in 2007 it was 237,000. The following year it did begin to fall, Mr Brown suggested the as-yet-unpublished figure for 2009 would be 147,000. But this was incomplete data which excluded asylum seekers, visitors who decide to stay long-term and arrivals from Ireland and earned the Premier earned a swift rebuke from Sir Michael Scholar, chairman of the UK Statistics Authority. The Tories have pledged to reduce the level of net migration to 'tens of thousands' - but have yet to specify a number.
POPULATION GROWTH
The Office for National Statistics projects that - based on current levels of migration - the UK's population of 61million, will grow to 70million by 2029. The figure has become a battleground between the Government and those pushing for stricter immigration controls. Home Secretary Alan Johnson initially said he did not 'lie awake' worrying about such rapid growth. He is now insisting the ONS figure is only a projection and that the statisticians have been wrong in the past. The number of immigrants living in Britain has almost doubled in less than three decades. The total foreign-born population now stands at 6.7million.
JOBS
Mr Brown's now notorious 'British jobs for British workers' pledge is fatally undermined by employment figures from the ONS. These show that, in the private sector, there were 288,000 fewer UK-born people working in the third quarter of last year than there were in 1997. Mr Brown likes to include people working beyond pension age as 'new jobs' - but if you strip them out, there are 637,000 fewer. Overall, immigration has accounted for more than 1.64million of the 1.67million jobs created since 1997.
THE BLACK ECONOMY
For much of the last decade, Britain has been a magnet for illegal immigration and it has never been possible to put a definitive figure on the numbers entering this way. Migrants mass at the Sangatte refugee camp near Calais, then smuggle themselves into the UK, often hidden in lorries. The stowaways vanish into a black economy estimated to be worth billions of pounds. Commonly, illegal immigrants work in kitchens, agricultural and construction jobs. Immigration staff, struggling to cope with a backlog of asylum claims, do not have the resources to track them down. During the 2005 election campaign, Tony Blair repeatedly refused to estimate how many illegals were living here. A month after being re-elected, his Government produced an estimate of 570,000. The campaign group Migrationwatch says the true total could be as high as 870,000. Some Labour ministers have flirted with calling an 'amnesty' but it has been rejected as electorally unpopular.
CITIZENSHIP
Handing out passports to foreign nationals is how the Labour Government changed the make-up of society for ever. In 1997 just 37,010 people were given citizenship. Last year the Home Office approved an all-time record 203,865 applications, an increase of 58 per cent in a year. In total, Labour has now created 1.5million new British citizens - all with full voting rights. Ministers have repeatedly promised to toughen citizenship rules, most recently by insisting migrants must earn a passport by doing voluntary work.
STUDENT VISAS
In 1998, the number of visas handed out to overseas students was 69,607. In 2008/9, this figure had risen to 236,470. The Government's own figures suggest more than one in ten of the foreign students studying in this country last year was sponsored by a bogus college. At least 1.5million student visas have been handed out in the past eight years alone. The beneficiaries included Christmas Day transatlantic flight bomb suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab - given permission by the Home Office to study mechanical engineering at University College London between 2005 and 2008. A string of other terror suspects have used the student visa route into the UK.
THE SECRET PLAN
Arguably, the most damaging charge of them all. New Labour's election manifestos made little or no mention of immigration policy. But according to a draft report by the Cabinet Office, written in 2000, ministers had a secret plan to 'maximise the contribution' of migrants to the Government's 'social objectives'.Former Labour advisor Andrew Neather, who worked on the report, said the aim was to 'rub the Right's nose in diversity and render their arguments out of date.' The Daily Mail
Labour's betrayal of British workers: Nearly every one of 1.67m jobs created since 1997 has gone to a foreigner
Immigration was at the centre of the election campaign last night as it emerged that virtually every extra job created under Labour has gone to a foreign worker. Figures suggested an extraordinary 98.5 per cent of 1.67million new posts were taken by immigrants. Political rivals seized on the revelation as evidence that the Government has totally failed to deliver its pledge of 'British jobs for British workers'. As Gordon Brown tried to fight on the economy and cleaning up politics, he was confronted in the Commons about how British people of working age have lost out.
Shadow immigration minister Damian Green revealed unpublished figures showing there are almost 730,000 fewer British-born workers in the private sector than in 1997.
Mr Brown rejected the idea of an immigration quota, which he said would do 'great damage to British business'.
But Mr Green said the official figures were 'the final proof that Gordon Brown was misleading the public when he promised British jobs for British workers'.
He added: 'Instead he has presided over boom and bust and left British workers in a worse position than when he took office 13 years ago.'British workers have been betrayed'
The ONS figures show the total number of people in work in both the private and the public sector has risen from around 25.7million in 1997 to 27.4million at the end of last year, an increase of 1.67million.
But the number of workers born abroad has increased dramatically by 1.64million, from 1.9million to 3.5million. There were 23.8million British-born workers in employment at the end of last year, just 25,000 more than when Labour came to power. In the private sector, the number of British workers has actually fallen. The number of posts for people of working age has increased since 1997 by over 500,000, to 20.5million.
But the number of British-born workers in the private sector has slumped by 726,000, from 18.4million to 17.7million. The figures exclude people working beyond pension age, which critics say the Government includes as 'new jobs' in its assessments.
Last year, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development said that, over ten years, only Luxembourg had seen more of its new jobs taken by migrants.
The latest totals do not include the hundreds of thousands of migrants employed in the 'black economy'.
Sir Andrew Green, of the Migrationwatch pressure group, said: 'The government's economic case for mass immigration is finally blown out of the water.' Daily Mail

Immigration Is Good for Britain? 70 Different Nationalities in NHS Trust
The shocking legacy of decades of Tory and Labour-driven immigration into Britain is now seriously affecting public service levels, with the most shocking example being the news that Oxford’s Radcliffe Hospital employs staff from 70 different countries, many of whom speak English so badly that they are being sent on 10 week taxpayer-funded courses “to learn basic medical phrases.” This lack of understanding of basic English has already caused serious risk to patient’s lives, where simple medical terms such as “nil by mouth” are not understood by foreign speaking immigrants.
The employment of the foreign nationals is even more scandalous when it is considered that there are an estimated 8 million British people classed as economically inactive and seeking work.
The situation at Radcliff also exposes the lie behind the mass invasion of Britain, namely that immigrants are highly skilled people, as many of those concerned are working in low-skilled jobs such as porters.
It also reveals as a lie another subterfuge perpetrated by the Labour and the Conservatives parties which claims that foreign workers are mostly from other EU countries.
The NHS workers at Radcliffe hail from such diverse countries as Burma, the Philippines, India, Ghana and the Yemen. There are 27 member states of the EU, yet Oxford hospitals employ people from 70 different countries.
It is nothing short of treason to force native Britons into unemployment while actively encouraging non-English speaking foreigners to come here to take jobs.
The nature of this betrayal of the British people is precisely the reason why all the other political parties have avoided the issue of mass immigration in their election propaganda.
The BNP policy of British jobs for British workers would return some sanity to a recession hit country which does not have enough jobs for its own people, let alone for the rest of the world.
This lunacy of employing non-English speaking immigrants in preference to English speaking natives will be even more devastating when mistakes are inevitably made and patients die. Any claims arising from such incidents will be shouldered by the British taxpayer.
The criminality of employing non-English speaking medical staff was exposed in the shocking recent story of David Gray, who died after Nigerian-born German citizen Dr Ubani gave him a massive overdose of painkillers which led to his death.
British taxpayers are therefore forced to pay for the folly of mass immigration through increased benefit bills for the unemployed, for English lessons for immigrants and for compensation claims because those immigrants can’t do their jobs properly.
The BNP demands that British jobs be filled by British workers and that no job will be taken by a foreigner when a Briton can do the job.
We will end the government subsidies enjoyed by companies to employ foreigners in preference to British people.
We will end the mass invasion of our country by low-skilled foreigners who, because they cannot speak basic English, prove to be a liability and an outright danger to the people with whom they come into contact.

Outsourcing Gone Mad: Indian Contact Centre to Process Confidential NHS Patient Records
In a dramatic betrayal of the public’s confidence and yet another blow to the British employment market, the National Health Service has embarked on a massive outsourcing of confidential patient data processing to India.
The shocking development means that names, addresses, NHS numbers and full transcripts of consultations with doctors will now be processed in India rather than here.
India is notorious for data leaks and has been identified as the source of a large amount of identity theft and bank card fraud in Britain.
The latest move, driven by “budgetary constraints” will now result in NHS records also being exposed to exploitation by criminals in that country.
According to news reports, seven primary care trusts in northeast London, serving more than 1.5 million people, have already sent patient details to contact centres in Pune, western India.
This is in addition to 30 other smaller trusts which already send their data to India for processing, despite Government ministers earlier promising that no private data would be sent overseas.
The full details of what is sent to India makes shocking reading. A full transcript or even a voice recording made by an NHS doctor during a consultation is sent to India to be processed.
While the data is supposed to be anonymous, it is inevitable that names will be mentioned during the consultation and a patient’s NHS number is automatically assigned to the transcript.
It is an easy matter to match up an NHS number with a name on a database which in turn will allow a criminal free access to all manner of personal data including addresses, telephone numbers and so on — a gift horse for identity thieves.
News reports state that workers in India are also producing letters for patients with appointments for cervical smear tests and breast screenings.
All of this data transfer flies in the face of a January 2007 promise by then health minister Caroline Flint who told parliament the computerisation of NHS records would “expressly preclude the transfer of patient information outside the United Kingdom.”
An ITV1 Tonight programme broadcast last year demonstrated how undercover reporters were able to buy health records from a private hospital in London, which had been processed in India.
According to reports, the sellers claimed to have access to thousands of UK medical records.
The Government claims that it can “save money” by outsourcing the data processing to India — but still insists on spending £3 billion a year fighting an illegal and immoral war in Afghanistan.
A British National Party government would halt all illegal foreign wars and use the cash saved to support the creation of UK-based industries which could provide services to the NHS and other institutions.
This would in one move largely eliminate the criminal risk posed by outsourcing, and play a role in ending unemployment in Britain.
Drug abuse in Britain
Drug abuse in Britain is worse than anywhere else in Europe, a devastating analysis showed. Young people in the UK are more likely to take cocaine, Ecstasy and amphetamine than those in any other country on the Continent, it said. They are using cocaine in quantities and with a frequency unmatched anywhere else in the world apart from the U.S., the report found.
It continues to show a moral decline in Britain that certainly seems unstoppable at this rate. Again, we see Britain getting softer on crime and drug use. The need to get tough on drug use,crime,yob-violence,surley is the only solution and not the soft option. Years of this soft policing in Britain, is causing the decline of the once proud neighbourly Britain. National Service is a key option for discipline in the youth and the start of a reconstruction plan of our broken society. The current 'softly-softly' approach to crime, street violence, drug abuse, is a sure dead end political agenda for more decline of our British Cities and society.

Dear Resident of Dukinfield
How many times have you pleaded with the police and Labour Councillors to act on the problem of anti-social behaviour in Dukinfield? Yes thats right you've lost count of the times. The simple fact of reality with the police and Labour Councillors is, together they set up these commities and talking shops about anti-social behaviour, but talking shops is the key word here nothing is done to remove the ant-social behaviour yobs from most communities. A policeman that shall remain nameless told me recently 'we are always fighting a regard action.' But why should this be the case? It does not fill you with a sense of confidence in the police, think that the Isle of Man had the right idea in their fight against yobs on the streets. The outcry for the poor yob and their human rights comes before that of their victims. Our communities are broken, our streets are ruled by yobs and hoodies. We feel that our confidence in police action fading fast in our communities. No real will or drive to rid our steets of yobs causing fear and intimidation. It's always the same for residents of Dukinfield time and time again all talk and no police/Labour action.

Betrayed: Iraq hero is placed behind criminals in queue for a home
Fighting on the hellish battlefields of Iraq, he risked his life for his country every day. But when Private Joe MacDonald asked his local authority to help find his young family a house, his sacrifice counted for nothing.
He first met with a point-blank refusal, followed by the offer of nothing more than a room in a hostel for himself, his wife and three young children.
The council, which organises the provision of social housing through housing associations, put his case behind the unemployed, single mothers, criminals freed from prison and asylum seekers.
It claimed that because he was leaving the Army he was deliberately making himself homeless. The bizarre loophole could affect thousands of military personnel when they end their service.
Pte MacDonald, 25, completed a gruelling seven-month tour of duty with the Royal Logistic Corps in southern Iraq in 2006. He fought gun battles with Iraqi insurgents as he protected Army convoys carrying food, fuel, ammunition and kit to troops in UK bases around the British-held part of the country.
Last year he decided to quit the regiment to spend more time with his family and began searching for accommodation once his final posting in Germany ends this month.
He was born and brought up in Bexley, south-east London, and his parents still live there. But he was stunned when the council refused to provide a house for him and his wife Rachael, 21, and children Ellen-May, four, Harry-Joe, 19 months, and baby Maissy-Ann.
Pte MacDonald said officials told him that because he was making himself homeless by voluntarily leaving Army quarters, he was ineligible for any property at all.
Later, they offered the family the hostel room where they would have to share a bathroom, kitchen and living room with other families.
Pte MacDonald fears he and his family will be forced to live with his mother-in-law near Salisbury, Wiltshire, where nine people will have to share the house.
He said: ‘I have put my life on the line. I have been to war and spent nine years in service for this country. It is absolutely disgusting that it is not recognised.
‘I am retraining as an IT engineer and desperately need somewhere for my family to stay as I won’t earn enough initially to afford private accommodation.
'It seems incredible that no one can find me a council house to live in while I find my feet. It seems like people in the Army are last on the list to be given help.’
In 2008, the Ministry of Defence pledged to give fairer treatment
Recognising that the military struggle to get council housing because they go back to the bottom of the waiting list each time they move to different area of the country during their careers, ministers vowed to make it easier for them to apply for social housing.
Bernard Jenkin, a Tory MP on the defence select committee, said: ‘Labour gives the impression that veterans get priority for public services, including housing, but the reality is that they don’t.
'We urgently need a agency dedicated to looking after the welfare of veterans.’
A Royal British Legion spokesman said: ‘We are extremely concerned by this. The Government’s guidance to local councils makes it quite clear that service personnel should not be considered to be intentionally homeless in circumstances such as these. We will seek to ensure he is not discriminated against for selflessly serving his country.’
A Bexley Council spokesman said: ‘Mr MacDonald and his family contacted us in January for help with housing when he voluntarily leaves the Army. He has tied accommodation provided by the Army and he is not yet homeless.
‘He has some time in which to make arrangements for his housing and the council will try to help him find private rented accommodation in this area.
'Mr MacDonald told us that he has had two postings in Germany but made no mention of active service in Iraq.’ Daily Mail
British People Put Last: Third of Hospitals to Cut Operations “Because of Budget Deficits” but War in Afghanistan and Foreign Aid Continues
A third of all National Health Service Trusts are cutting back the number of operations being performed because of “budget cuts” while both Tories and Labour have promised to intensify the £3 billion a year war in Afghanistan and increase the £9 billion foreign aid budget.
According to new research conducted by think tank Civitas, casualty departments are “also facing the axe because primary care trusts are over budget and running a deficit.”
The report, made after an analysis of figures provided at the public board meetings of 100 trusts, has found that health service overspend is set to hit £130 million.
The study found that GPs in Hertfordshire were told to get “approval” before recommending hysterectomies, tooth extraction and the removal of “skin lumps and bumps.”
The primary care trust in Enfield, North London, was the worst affected in the survey where the hospital is £17.5 million in debt.
As a result, an accident and emergency department at Chase Farm hospital in Enfield is to be closed.
According to reports, leaving the NHS to “make do” with rises that keep up with inflation will lead to a shortfall of £20 billion by 2013.
By way of contrast, the war in Iraq cost at least £7 billion per year to fight and presented the taxpayer with a final bill of just under £50 billion — more than twice the projected NHS shortfall.
Civitas’s figures were backed up by a warning from the health think tank, the King’s Fund, which warned that one in three hospital beds in London could face the axe as a result of impending public sector service spending cuts.
John Appleby, chief economist of the King’s Fund, warned of drastic cutbacks: “In London there is a plan to close a third of hospital beds that is being floated by the NHS. It’s not out in the open yet and already it’s attracted huge opposition,” he told a newspaper.
The Tories and Labour have both promised to intensify the war in Afghanistan and army chiefs have warned that the conflict could continue for anywhere between five and 20 years.
In addition, both Labour and Tories have promised to increase the foreign aid budget from £9 billion to £13 billion per year, every year.
The British National Party is the only party which will put the interests of British people first.
It is little short of treason to cut services to British people while continuing to spend billions on illegal wars and foreign aid.
The BNP will immediately halt all foreign wars and the foreign aid budget so that this money can be reallocated to services which are in the interests of the indigenous population.

Gordon Brown Urges Parties to Ignore Immigration — But Britain Will Be Overrun in 30 Years
Gordon Brown has called on political parties to form a “united front” to ignore the Third World immigration invasion which is on the point of utterly overrunning this country within the next 30 years.
Mr Brown made his appeal in a speech on immigration today in which he called on all parties and think tanks not to engage in “dog-whistle politics” by not matching what they say in national speeches with what is said on the doorstep.
In essence, Mr Brown has called on his fellow Tweedledee and Tweedledum parliamentary parties to keep quiet about the extent of the invasion because talking about it helps the British National Party.
The official figures show, however, the full extent of the crisis facing Britain:
- According to the Office for National Statistics (ONS), legal Third World immigrants made up 14.7 percent (7.5 million) of the population of England in 2004.(1)
- According to the ONS, 10.9 percent (or 6.7 million) of the currently resident population of Britain was not born in this country.(2)
- In 2005, the ONS issued a separate report which said that 36 percent of all births in England and Wales were not “white British.”(3)
- This 2005 birth rate figure does not include births to second and third generation immigrant mothers. Figures released by the ONS in January 2009 revealed that the Muslim population in Britain has grown by more than 500,000 to 2.4 million in just four years. Their population multiplied 10 times faster than the rest of society.(4)
- An August 2008 ONS population report stated that, on average, ‘foreign’ women have 2.5 children each, rising to 3.9 for those from Bangladesh and almost five for Pakistani women. (5) When these figures are added in, the immigrant birth rate is estimated to be around 50 percent of all live births in England and Wales.
- The majority of the “new immigrants” are not from Eastern Europe, as is often widely claimed. According to the ONS figures, immigrants from Eastern Europe had 25,000 children in Britain last year — an absolute minority of the just over 700,000 live births.(6)
- According to the Birmingham City Council, 61 percent of all primary school children in greater Birmingham are of Third World origin. (7)
- Over 300 languages are currently spoken in London schools. Some of the most established of these are Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hokkien. (8)
- Some 150 languages are spoken in schools in Reading, an indication of the extent of the invasion in Berkshire. (9)
All these statistics taken together show that the non-British ethnic population is increasing in number exponentially, and given current immigration and birth rates, will utterly overwhelm the indigenous population of Britain within the next 30 years.
It is little short of treason for Mr Brown to call for silence on the nature of this crisis which threatens our nation’s very existence.
The BNP will continue to campaign on these facts and the danger it poses, irrespective of whether the other parties mention them or not.
The BNP is also the only party with the policies to solve this crisis in a fair, humane and calm manner, and will continue to present its alternative to the voting public.
